Lotus Creatives, led by Dan Tran, June Quan, Anna Wang, and Jeremy Tu, is the restaurant group behind Junbi, Shrimp Daddy, Wingchix, and Chichi Dango. Each of the Lotus Creatives concepts aims to take our guests on an adventure led by their senses to a place where they can get lost in the tastes, sights, sounds, and ambiance of our restaurants. Lotus Creatives creates, develops, and manages all aspects of their concepts with a goal to break the mold of traditional dining and provide an unforgettable experience where our guests always come first. The team also serves as a consultant group helping concepts from the ground up through every aspect of creation and operation fueled by the belief of paying it forward and that with the right guidance, dreams can come true..
